Questions designers ask

Do you use AI?

No. Every view starts with a 3D model I build from your drawings and is finished by hand in Procreate. I don't use AI image generators or stock renders.

Are these photorealistic renders?

They are close to photorealistic, but they are not raw CGI. I build each view from your drawings and 3D model, then finish it by hand: light, materials, depth and small details are painted in digitally. The proportions follow your plan exactly and the materials are the ones you specified. The result reads like a real room, with a slightly illustrated quality that makes a design easy to discuss and approve.

What do I need to send?

A floor plan with furniture layout and dimensions, and everything about the project: materials, photo references, furniture, lighting and decor, with links. Room elevations help if you have them, but they are optional. CAD, SketchUp, PDF or hand drawings all work. If something is missing, I'll tell you exactly what I need.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds: one at the 3D model stage, one on the final view. Further changes are possible as paid edits, always agreed in advance. The chosen view can't be changed after you approve it.

What files will I get?

A high-resolution image at A4, 450 dpi (about 5,260 × 3,720 px), sharp enough for print and large screens. The Procreate source file stays with me.

How do I pay?

Via PayPal: 50% before we start, 50% after you approve the view and before final rendering. If PayPal doesn't work for you, let me know and we'll find a method that does.

Can I present the renders as my own? Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. I sign an NDA on request, and I can publish the project without crediting you, or only after a delay (one week, two months, six months). If the project can't be published at all, the price increases by 40%.

How fast is it?

The 3D model takes up to one day. One view is ready in up to 2 days; each additional angle of the same room adds 1 day. Need it sooner? Express is twice as fast for +50%. The time to review your brief isn't counted in the deadline.

Where are you based? Is it reliable?

I'm based in Ukraine (GMT+3) and work fully remotely. Backup power and internet keep every deadline on track. The time difference helps: send your files at the end of your day, and the work moves forward while you sleep.

Can a visualization replace construction drawings?

No. It’s a presentation tool that helps your client see the space and say yes. It doesn’t include dimensions, sections or specifications, except when they are what is being visualized, such as facade elevations, sections and axonometric views. It’s the perfect companion to your project documents.

[ About ]

The person behind the visualization

My name is Svetlana Postol. I'm an interior and architectural visualization artist based in Ukraine, working with designers and architects in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

I came to visualization from design, not from 3D. Since 2009 I've worked in graphic design, print, branding and web design, and I've always kept drawing, from watercolor to digital painting. That's where my eye for composition, color and light comes from: it's what makes a render sell the design, not just show it.

Every view starts with a precise 3D model built in ArchiCAD and SketchUp from your real dimensions, and is then finished by hand in Procreate. Backup power and internet keep every deadline on track.
